At Inkvely, we stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. If there is an issue due to a defect or error on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

We do not typically accept returns or offer refunds for issues resulting from customer errors, such as selecting the wrong size, color, or design.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We’re happy to replace your order under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or flawed
  • There is a print quality issue
  • You received a different product than what was shown or ordered on our site

Sale Items

Exchanges

Gifts
