A. Design & Product Guidelines
1. Image Requirements
To ensure high-quality prints, all T-shirt designs should be submitted in PNG format at 300 DPI, sized 4200×4800 pixels, and in CMYK color mode. Using files close to these specs guarantees better results.

Design area dimensions vary by product style and size. Please refer to the product templates available on our Catalog Page.
2. Copyrighted Images
We recommend using your original artwork, logos, or licensed images. Submitting copyrighted content without permission is prohibited.

3. Product Details

B. Order Changes & Cancellations
1. Modify or Cancel an Order
Due to our automated production system, orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once in production, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
To request changes, contact our Customer Support via live chat with your order number. If a cancellation is forced during processing, a partial fee may apply to cover production costs.
2. Address Changes
Shipping addresses can only be updated before an order enters production.
Once the order is being processed, shipping details cannot be changed. Any address changes also affect tracking, so be sure to update your customers accordingly.
C. Production & Shipping
1. Production Time
Orders are typically pushed to production within 12 business hours after these conditions are met:
- Valid shipping and product info
- Print-ready artwork (per our guidelines)
- Fulfillment payment completed
Orders submitted after 5 PM may begin processing the following business day. Complex items like mix & match orders may take longer.
2. Shipping Time
- Standard Production: 1–3 business days
- Shipping (Domestic): 4–7 business days
- Shipping (International): 7–15 business days
- Specialty Items (e.g., quilts, shoes, rugs): 10–20 business days
3. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated. It may take up to 5 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
For specialty items, tracking updates may be delayed.
D. Returns & Refunds
1. Return Policy
We do not accept returns due to user errors (e.g., wrong size, color, or address). However, we will offer replacements or refunds in these cases:
- Items damaged during shipping
- Wrong item received
- Lost packages
- Major print quality issues
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and a description of the issue. Replacements are typically shipped within 24 hours of claim approval.
2. Refund Policy
If a replacement arrives damaged or the item is undelivered due to our error:
- U.S. Orders: Full refund if not delivered within 45 business days
- International Orders: Full refund if not delivered within 60 business days

E. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our services.
Products are custom-made and printed upon order, so minor color and size deviations may occur.
F. Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload. By using our service, you grant us the right to display and store publicly posted materials.
You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all laws and copyright regulations. We may remove content that violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
G. General Terms
By placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
These may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of our service indicates acceptance of any changes.
H. Rights & Enforcement
We reserve the right to modify or terminate services without notice. Accounts may be suspended or removed for abuse or policy violations.
We may serve multiple clients in the same market and do not guarantee exclusivity.
